Hail Damage in Colorado

By June 18, 2018Insurance Claims

In the early morning hours of Wednesday, June 3, 2018, the cities of Colorado Springs, Fountain, Security and Widefield experienced the worst hail storm to hit the region in over two decades.  The stones measured up to three to four inches in diameter and may have resulted in substantial damage to your home, your car and your personal property. If you have been impacted by this storm and your insurance carrier is giving you the run around or is refusing to compensate you fairly for the damage you have suffered, our team of attorneys may be able to assist you.  If you want legal advice or representation, please call our office.

Often insurance companies dispatch “catastrophic event teams” to areas hit hard by similar storms and these teams make it their mission to resolve the insurance claims as quickly as possible and for as little as possible; however, doing so does not afford you the fair, honest, and thorough damage assessment that you are entitled to.  Additionally, many homeowners are not aware of the fact that their policies cover more than just their roofs and siding, but rather that you may be entitled to recover for damage to your windows, decking, fencing, landscaping, roofs, siding and outdoor property caused by the storm.

The attorneys at the Sanders Law Firm office in Colorado Springs are intimately familiar with the games insurance companies play when it comes to compensating you for your losses.
