Perry R. Sanders, III
Perry Sanders, III earned his Juris Doctorate at Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida (2021). While attending Law School he was an active member of the Center for Earth Jurisprudence.
During law school, Mr. Sanders interned at the Environmental and Earth Law legal clinic for one year, a clinic in Florida that offers legal analysis and assists in writing proposed policies and legislation for Non-Profits and environmental lobbyists. While interning at the Center for Earth Jurisprudence, Mr. Sanders formed strategic alliances with other environmental and community-based organizations, scientists, lawyers, and engineers, to promote increased legal protection of nature.
Since 2012, Mr. Sanders has been actively involved in the work-up of multiple mass torts, to include Avandia, SSRI, Risperdal/Invega, and environmental cases involving the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act, RCRA and CERCLA. Mr. Sanders has experience in civil litigation to include family law, contract disputes, and personal injury.
Mr. Sanders spent the majority of his life in Colorado Springs and earned his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (2015) with a particular focus on biomedical ethics. He enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding, and playing billiards.
